Slight risk of severe weather on Thursday

• The NWS Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma expects a slight risk of severe weather in the southern Plains on Thursday. The area of greatest concern is in portions of northern and central Texas. The primary threat with these storms will be damaging winds, hail and localized flash flooding.
