Southerly winds will bring increasing humidity to the region today, along with slightly warmer temperatures. Highs today will range from the low to mid-80s. An upper level disturbance moving across the area this afternoon will bring a chance for showers and thunderstorms. A surface low pressure system will then track across the region tonight with additional thunderstorms expected.
