Federal help sought for flooding and tornado

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- South Dakota's three members of Congress have asked President Barack Obama to declare a major disaster for three counties hit last month by a tornado and flooding.
• In a letter to the president, Rep. Kristi Noem and Sens. Tim Johnson and John Thune requested federal help for Jerauld, Lincoln, and Union counties.
• Also Friday, Gov. Dennis Daugaard's office said the Federal Emergency Management Agency will join state and local officials to assess damage from earlier storms that hit much of the state June 13 through June 20.
• Starting July 14, they'll visit Butte, Clay, Corson, Dewey, Hanson, Jerauld, Lincoln, Minnehaha, Perkins, Turner, Union and Ziebach counties and the Standing Rock Indian Reservation.

Helena man claims $652K Wild Card prize

• HELENA, Mont. (AP) -- A Helena man has claimed the $652,000 Wild Card jackpot from the May 10 drawing.
• Montana Lottery officials say Richard Bach bought his winning ticket at Friendly's in Helena. He says he plans to pay some bills, invest some money and save some for retirement.
• Bach was the second Montana resident to claim a Wild Card jackpot this week.
• Dixie Rieger of Miles City claimed a $260,000 prize from the June 25 drawing on Monday.
• Wild Card is played in Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Court: No new trial in adult stores rape case

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- The South Dakota Supreme Court on Thursday ruled there should not be another trial in the case of alleged sexual harassment filed against the former owner of two adult stores in the Sioux Falls area.
• Three women who worked for Annabelle's Adult Superstore in Sioux Falls and Olivia's Adult Super Store in Tea sued David Eliason, a minority owner in the business, and the stores in 2009. Two of the women said Eliason raped them and an
