Hurricane Arthur is quickly moving to the northeast; will pass south of
Cape Cod Tonight

The National Hurricane Center continues to track Hurricane Arthur as it races off to the northeast. The storm is expected to be south of Cape Code, Massachusetts by tonight. Arthur will lose strength as it moves north.
