Good deed at Sioux Falls store goes viral

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- A video of a stranger buying diapers for a cash-strapped mother in a Sioux Falls store has become a big hit on Facebook.
• The video shot and posted by Jason Yoshino has drawn more than 4,000 likes and hundreds of comments, and been shared more than 1,000 times.
• Yoshino captured the moment Sunday night when Carol Flynn bought three packages of diapers for Katie Kanefke when the store clerk declined to match a competing store's lower price.
• Flynn says she didn't shell out $120 for the diapers to receive attention. She says she just wanted to help out.
• Kanefke says she was shocked by Flynn's generosity and grateful. She says it brought her to tears.

SD farmers plant largest soybean crop on record

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- South Dakota farmers planted a record soybean crop this year, mirroring a national trend.
• The Agriculture Department estimates 4.95 million soybean acres in the state, up

8 percent from last year. Nationally, soybean acreage is up 11 percent over the year to a record 84.8 million acres.
• The increase came at the expense of corn. Corn acres in South Dakota are down 5 percent to 5.9 million. Nationally, they are down 4 percent to 91.6 million.

SD officials OK larger walleye harvest in summer

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- The 15-inch limit on walleye is lifted on Lake Sharpe and Lake Francis Case for July and August.
• South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department officials say they made the changes because walleye are harder to catch in those months.
• The lakes are along the Missouri River, south of Pierre.
• Anglers can harvest up to four walleye a day there, with only one over 20 inches.
• Chris Longhenry is the state's senior fisheries biologist of Chamberlain. He says
