Severe thunderstorms possible from the Ozarks to lower Great Lakes on Tuesday

Severe thunderstorms capable of producing large hail and damaging wind will be possible on Tuesday across a large area stretching from northern Arkansas to Upstate New York. Meanwhile, rainfall will finally diminish in the Midwest, but runoff from previous heavy rain will bring rises to many rivers, including the Mississippi.
