A large low pressure system over Manitoba will begin to slowly move east today. This low will once again produce strong winds across the region today, especially over the western and central Dakotas. A passing cold front tonight will bring much cooler temperatures for Tuesday. Breezy northwest winds and scattered showers can also be expected. It definitely won't feel like July 1st!
