Low pressure over central South Dakota this morning will move northward into North Dakota by this evening. This system will continue to bring scattered showers and storms to the region today, although the threat for severe storms is low and has shifted east into Minnesota. Heavy rain threat has diminished as well, with the flash flood watch no longer in effect.
