Conditions will be quiet today across much of the area with high temperatures in the 70s to around 80 degrees. Thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening across western South Dakota, with some of this activity spreading east late tonight. Several rounds of showers and storms are likely across the area into the weekend, with episodes of severe storms as well.
