7 SD counties using vote centers in primary

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- Secretary of State Jason Gant says no major issues have been reported with voting across South Dakota.
• Some Sioux Falls voters are showing up to the wrong polling place because the city recently used vote centers, but those are not being used in the primary election.
• Minnehaha County Auditor Bob Litz says he was worried that some people would be confused about where to vote.
• Gant says seven counties offered the vote centers Tuesday that allow people to cast ballots regardless of the location of their home precinct.
• Counties using the centers Tuesday include Brown, Brookings, Hughes, Yankton, Hyde, Potter and Sully.
• Gant says the only official voting results have come from those counties because voters are tracked electronically, and those results indicate turnout is about average.
