• "The company continues to expand into new areas, especially the Aberdeen and Redfield areas," Groft said. "At the same time we are striving to lower expenses. In the last five years we have lowered total expenses by 11 percent and lowered our long term debt by 24 percent."
• Part of the way JVT has done this is by purchasing their own construction equipment last year. The equipment allows the company to do their own installation of lines, rather than rely on outside contractors. Graft went on to remind the cooperative members that JVT was a regulated industry and some the changes done by the
