Zastrow, District 1; Bill Ewalt, District 4 and Bill Troske, District 7 was each re-elected to serve a three year term on the board.
• Troske, who is completing his first year as a board president, gave an overview of the company.
• "James Valley continues to embrace innovation," Troske said. "While remaining a strong and viable company."
• "The company continues to have a strong community involvement." Troske continued. "We increase the amount of our scholarships to area graduates, given over $350,000 in gross receipts taxes to area schools and help support fundraisers and events for our youth."
• Troske asked that members "continue to communicate with the board members and to be involved with the cooperative."
• CEO James Groft stated that James Valley Telecommunications has come a long way.
• "The company began 60 years ago," Groft said. "In
