The crew from Blocker Construction donated their time to reshingle the roof of the concession stand at the Groton Baseball Complex. The work was done last week.

Jim Thom from Associated Pool Builders, Bismarck, was here on Wednesday to file down the rough spots at the Groton Swimming Pool. Two tiles also had to be replaced and the filling of the pool will begin tomorrow.

Spring may have finally sprung. Here, master gardener David McGannon is planting his peas the easy way with the hole handle. He put up a fence so the peas have something to climb on when they germinate.
