Risk for Severe Thunderstorm From Texas to the Upper Mississippi Valley Thursday

• The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issues a Moderate Risk for severe thunderstorms Thursday for portions of Iowa and Minnesota. A Slight Risk for severe weather extends from Texas to the upper Mississippi Valley. The main threats from these storms will be large damaging hail, and strong winds, although a few tornadoes cannot be ruled out.
