• Landon Larson won the 200m dash, the 400m dash and was on the winning 1600m relay team as the Groton boys took first place at the Ipswich Invitational Track Meet held Saturday. Larson was very close to state qualifying times. He ran the 200m dash in 23.21--the state qualifying time is 23.1. He ran the 400m dash in 51.68 as the state qualifying time is 51.4.
• Lucas Sternhagen was a double winner, winning the 3200m run and was on the winning 3200m relay team.
