Now we have Danielle Schinkel, a junior. Danielle is modeling her all-black maxi skirt she made in FACS III. The reason why she chose black fabric is because she learned her color season is "winter", so she can easily wear dark and crisp colors. Since black is a basic color is goes with almost anything, her skirt is very versatile. This was Danielle's first big sewing project, but it sure doesn't look like it, she did a phenomenal job! Danielle plans on taking FACS 4 next year. FACS is Danielle's favorite class, because it's more hands on and she does very well. Looks great, Danielle!

BTop Right: Our final FACS 3 model of the night is Katie LaMee. Katie is wearing a super chic maxi skirt. It's pink, black, and white chevron fabric. Katie picked out this fabric because she loves the color pink and the look of chevron. Katie says that the hardest part of making the skirt was matching up the sides and the print. Katie is currently the FCCLA Vice President. She was also the 2013 District 1 FCCLA Secretary.  Katie is also involved in 4-H, FCA, silver skates, crafting club, salad of the month coordinator, and the bird watching club. Cute skirt, Katie!
