- There are a special group of women here tonight that have sacrificed their time and energy keeping us girls in line this year. Our chapter moms volunteer at the District and State FCCLA Meetings and act as judges, volunteers, and chaperones. Without them, our chapter would not be allowed to compete, nor be as successful at the competition level. Our Chapter Moms are: Lori Webb and Kelly Clark. Thank you again for all you do for us throughout the year!

*This year's Officer of the Year is Katie LaMee. Congratulations!

Our final model in this group is Kennedy Clark, who is showing off her chevron maxi skirt. She chose this fabric because it was fun and could go with many different tank tops. The colors in the skirt bring out the blue in her eyes and compliment her skin tone well. Kennedy will wear her skirt throughout the summer for different activities. Kennedy is currently the FCCLA Secretary, and will be returning to the officer team next year as well. Amazing job, Kennedy!

Up next is Sarah Stange modeling her very first sewing project, a reversible paw print purse. Although she doesn't usually carry purses, she is going to carry this one. She will take it everywhere, and of course when she walks her dog! She is sophomore at Groton and can't wait to sew more projects next year! Great job, Sarah!
