• The attorney general's new motion to unseal the documents cites a South Dakota law that allows a judge to seal some documents until an investigation is terminated or someone is charged.
• "I think the public should see what law enforcement had," Jackley said, referring to why the farm was searched.
• However, the motion asks that the names and other information on three victims, two of them minors, be redacted.
• "There's been enough concern as to what this did to several families. We're trying to prevent any further harm to numerous victims in this case," Jackley said Friday.
• The Sioux Falls attorney, who previously represented Lykken, did not immediately return a phone call seeking comment.

Police enlist public's help to find runaway teen

• BRANDON, S.D. (AP) -- The Brandon Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a runaway teen.
• Seventeen-year-old Mekayla Wojciechowski was last seen running away from her home in Brandon on April 17.
• Police say Wojciechowski is 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighs 113 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes.
• Police say they have received reports of her running away before.
• Sgt. Wayne Ellingson says the department is not trying to punish Wojciechowski. It just wants to make sure she's safe.
• Wojciechowski works at McDonald's. Police say the restaurant is helping out with the case.
• Any information should be brought to the Brandon Police Department.

Consumer choice driving SD study on wine imports

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- South Dakota wine connoisseurs remain hopeful lawmakers still might make it easier to import their favorite vintages, even though the Legislature turned back their request to let wineries ship directly to consumers.
