Sioux Falls police recover evidence in homicide

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- Sioux Falls police say they have recovered a knife and gloves they believe were used in a homicide.
• Authorities earlier had asked the public for help in finding the items. The Police Department issued a statement Thursday night saying they had been located.
• Police believe the items were used in the Wednesday stabbing death of 53-year-old Brenda Hansen. Forty-one-year-old John Senn is charged with murder and being held on $1 million cash-only bond.
• Authorities allege that Senn took prescription painkillers from Hansen and argued with her before stabbing her.
