One more day of below normal temperatures can be expected across the region today with highs in the 40s, to the lower 50s. Lows tonight will be in the 20s and 30s. Increasing southeasterly winds will bring much warmer temperatures to the region on Friday. Highs will range from the lower 50s, in western Minnesota, to the mid-70s over central South Dakota.
