An area of low pressure tracking across the region today will bring wintry weather back into the Dakotas and Minnesota. Snowfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches will be possible for locations along the James River Valley. Higher snowfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are expected along and east of I-29. Precipitation should gradually end from west to east later this afternoon.
