Street cracks to be sealed

• There are a lot of cracks in the brand new roads. A Hot rubberized material would be put down before the cracks close up. The seal prevents water going into the cracks. A quote from Aberdeen Asphalt was secured for $4,900. City supervisor Terry Herron said it may be a little higher. It was mentioned that the school parking lot has a lot of cracks and that maybe the school would want have them sealed as well.
• There was some discussion on the dog licenses. City Finance Officer Anita Lowary said that one year, there were over 200 dogs that were not licensed by January 1. "Roy said not to implement the fine for a couple of weeks," Lowary said.
