2 suspects in custody in Box Elder home shooting

• BOX ELDER, S.D. (AP) -- Two people face aggravated assault charges following a shooting incident in a Box Elder mobile home park.
• The Pennington County Sheriff's Office says 36-year-old Shawn Mousseau and his 35-year-old wife, Michaela, became involved in a confrontation with a guest at their home Tuesday afternoon, and Shawn Mousseau allegedly fired several shots at 57-year-old Leonard Maralez.
• Authorities say Maralez was not hurt but two bullets pierced a neighboring mobile home and nearly struck a 13-year-old inside.
• The Mousseaus were arrested without incident in Rapid Valley about an hour later. A listed telephone number for them could not be found, and it was not immediately clear if they had obtained an attorney.

SD governor signs bills for stadium, greenhouse

• South Dakota governor signs 25 bills, authorizes university stadium, funding for greenhouse
• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard has signed 25 bills into law including several measures for the state's Board of Regents.
• One provision authorizes construction of a $65 million stadium at South Dakota State University. It will be paid for with private donations and the stadium's revenue.
• Another gives $750,000 for the construction of a greenhouse at Northern State University.
• Two other measures signed by the governor grant funding to the state's Board of Regents to purchase properties for SDSU in Brookings County totaling more than
