Sioux Falls woman was found dead in bathtub

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- The brother of a Sioux Falls woman whose death has been ruled a homicide says she was found dead in her bathtub with the water running.
• Brian Johnson says the Sunday death of 56-year-old Kari Ann Kirkegaard initially was thought to be an accident, but then relatives noticed her purse was missing.
• Investigators have said Kirkegaard's bedding also is missing from the home where she lived alone, and they've asked Sioux Falls residents to check their garbage containers for unusual items and to call police should they find anything suspicious.
• Police have no suspects, though they say an area business's security camera shows a "person of interest" they would like to talk to.
• Authorities say they don't believe the community is in danger.

Arrests made in 2 armed robberies in Aberdeen

• ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) -- Aberdeen police have arrested two men in connection with two armed robberies.
• The American News and KSDN radio report that officers responded to robbery attempts Tuesday afternoon at Lafayette Casino and Fresh Start Credit Sales. No one was hurt.
• Police say the 22- and 27-year-old suspects arrested Wednesday were involved in both incidents. Authorities say they have recovered the weapon used in the robberies.

Hoeven, Doer push for Keystone XL oil pipeline

• BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- North Dakota Sen. John Hoeven and Canada's ambassador to the United States are continuing their push for quick approval of the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
• Hoeven and Canadian Ambassador Gary Doer (DOO'-ur) met with North Dakota trade representatives Wednesday in Bismarck. They say TransCanada's proposed pipeline will help provide energy security and economic growth for both nations.
• The project would move 830,000 barrels of oil a day from Canada to Texas' Gulf Coast refineries. It also would move 100,000 barrels of domestic oil daily from North
