islative travel.  This is a practice that we feel is unconstitutional.  We have tried to stop numerous such attempts but have failed as our numbers are not sufficient to do so.  Because of this imbalance the majority party basically can do it without anyone holding them back. This is a very important argument for a strong minority party.  It is the job of the party out of power to keep an eye on the practices of the party in power and try to stop them when they abuse the power given to them by the people.  On the positive side many good bills have gone forward and have been the result of bi-partisan cooperation but to see each session end with these tactics is disappointing.
