A weak weather system will pass through the region today, with a light accumulation of snow centered over northern South Dakota. The cold air and snow is not expected to last long with warmer temperatures returning for the start of next week. Unfortunately we will have to deal with another weather system Monday night into Tuesday, which will bring a wintry mix that will change over to mostly snow with additional accumulations possible.
