Rain and freezing rain overnight has created several slick roadways across north central and northeast South Dakota, as well as west central Minnesota this morning. The worst areas are from the James Valley eastward, where several reports of ice covered roads have been received. Motorists should exercise caution when traveling this morning. Highs later today will be in the 20s for most locations as colder air is surging southward behind last night's passing cold front.
