• The University of Northern Virginia had such an agreement with IGlobal University when it applied, but IGlobal canceled that partnership in December, said David Sohn, IGlobal's president and chief executive.
• Sohn has said that he signed the agreement with the understanding that qualified students from Northern Virginia would be able to take online IGlobal masters of business administration courses. But Sohn said he didn't know at the time that the University of Northern Virginia lacked national accreditation.
• University of Northern Virginia's status is unclear, and it's not known if the school is offering any courses online or overseas. The university's winter 2014 class schedule still says "Sioux Falls."

$65,629 Dakota Cash jackpot won in Sioux Falls

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- A ticket sold in Sioux Falls has won the $65,629 Dakota Cash jackpot.
• South Dakota lottery officials say the ticket matched all five numbers in Wednesday's drawing. The winning numbers are 13, 15, 24, 26 and 28. The winner has about six months to claim the money.
• Dakota Cash is played only in South Dakota. The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 324,632.
• The jackpot starts again at $20,000 for the next drawing, on Saturday.
