Another cold day is in store today. An area of low pressure does move into the region late tonight and Friday. Due to the timing of this system, low temperatures will drop quickly this evening but then slowly rise tonight into Friday morning. No hopes of even slightly warmer air sticking around long though. In fact, Friday high temperatures will probably occur in the morning, and then slowly fall throughout the day. Light snowfall is possible across parts of the region Friday, however very little accumulation is anticipated. Another system on Saturday has a better chance of resulting in measurable snowfall.
