Groton City Council Update

• Petitions are flying out of city hall and here are the individuals who have petitions out so far (none have been turned in, yet).
• Ward 1: David Blackmun, Jr. (Incumbent Clare Brotherton)
• Ward 2: David McGannon and Ron Belden (Incumbent David McGannon)
• Ward 3: No one (Incumbent Gary Heitmann)
• Mayor (2 year term, fulfilling the remainder of the late Roy Olson's 3-year term): Scott Hanlon and Eddy Nehls (Incumbent Scott Hanlon)
• Petitions must be turned in by 5 p.m. on February 28th.
