A low pressure system will move through the region tonight bringing a band of light to moderate snow to portions of the Dakotas. Total snow accumulations could range from 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts of 2 to 4 inches. Then dry conditions will take over for Friday and much of Friday night before the next area of low pressure moved across the Dakotas and Minnesota late Friday night through the day on Saturday.
