Gonsoir is a national semi-finalist in the Ronald Reagan Scholarship competition. It is based on leadership and integrity and if selected as a finalist, she will be interviewed over the telephone. Up to $10,000 for four years is at stake.
• The 147th Army Band Concert will be held February 12 starting at 9:30 a.m. It is open to the public and will be held in the GHS Gym.
• The fee for the 2014 Driver's Education will remain at $250.
• Anna Schwan proposed adding a business program at GHS. It would include Accounting for grades 10-12, Business Law for grades 11-12, Introduction to Business for grades 9-12, and an extra-curricular program entitled, "Future Business Leaders of America." She proposed to having it start with the 2014-15 school year. Schwan said, "I'm a huge proponent for it and it would be a great asset to our school." With
