• The GRASP OST Payment Policy was discussed and will be approved through its addition in the school policy handbook. One thing of note is that when a family balance drops below a negative $100, OST services will be denied until such a time when a satisfactory payment plan has been established between the family and the OST director. The rate is $2.50 per hour per child with reduced rates for multiple children from the same family.
• Schwan said he will be meeting with the Groton City Council on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 8 p.m., to discuss the option of having the police department stationed at the high school.
