Frigid Temperatures for the Plains and Unsettled Weather for the West

• Snow will exit the Northeast Wednesday night while cold air behind the system will bring frigid temperatures to the Plains and portions of the Midwest. A new system moving onshore the West Coast will bring rain and snow, sometimes heavy, to the West into Friday.
