Cold air will remain in place across the region for several days, with no real end in sight to the below normal temperatures. Highs will be in the single digits for the next few days, with a slight moderation by Friday and Saturday. Light snow will also fall today across western, central and southern South Dakota. Over central South Dakota, accumulations will generally be less than an inch.
