Water Main Break found and fixed

• The water main leak at Washington St. and West Third Avenue was found and repaired yesterday afternoon. Once it was found and revealed, it only took 15 minutes to do the repairs.
• While Todd Lerew of Dahme Construction was digging in the intersection, they accidentally stumbled upon a valve that was never placed on the map. The water line was installed in 1994, but the water valve was dated 1987. The bolts had rusted off the valve which was discovered about two feet below the surface of the road, just six feet from the man hole.
