• Pauline Helen Meyer 96, of Carmel, died at Carmel Care, Minn., January 14, 2014. She was born in Joliet, Illinois on February 24, 1917 to Charles and Martha Dwyer. She graduated from Groton High School and later married Charles Milton Meyer. She was a head cook with the Richfield, Minnesota School System, retiring in 1975. She moved to Carmel in 1998 to be closer to her son and family.
• She was preceded in death by her husband; her son, Charles; and sister, Mary Nehls.

• She is survived by her nephew Eddie Nehls (Virginia); her daughter-in-law, Karen Meyer; her grandson, Cory D. Meyer and four great-grandchildren, Christian, Chandler, Charles and Cayden.

• She was a member of Orchard Park Presbyterian Church and any memorials should be made to the church. The family wishes to thank the caring people of Orchard Park Church, the staff at Carmel Care and Harbor Light Hospice.
