An arctic high pressure over the region today will bring chilly temperatures to the area. Highs will range from the single digits above zero to the upper teens. Gusty southwesterly winds developing later this evening will usher in warmer temperatures into the region. The strongest winds will occur over the higher terrain areas of the Sisseton Hills where sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts exceeding 45 mph will be possible. Low temperatures will occur early this evening with temperatures rising through the night.
