Blizzard Conditions Impacting Parts of Upper Midwest through Thursday

• A strong area of low pressure moving along the Canada-U.S. border will bring snow and strong winds to parts of the Upper Midwest creating blizzard conditions through Thursday. Wind gusts as high as 65 mph are possible in some locations. Blizzard Warnings are in effect across eastern North Dakota, northeastern South Dakota, and western Minnesota.
