Wind and Snow Impacting Parts of Rockies and Plains; Critical Fire Weather for Southern California

• A clipper system will bring strong winds and light snow to parts of the north-central U.S. this week. High Wind Warnings and Wind Advisories cover much of the region, along with Winter Weather Advisories in the northern Plains and Upper Midwest. Meanwhile, fire danger will be high in portions of Southern California through Wednesday due to strong winds and dry conditions.
