Areas of light freezing rain will affect north central and northeast South Dakota, as well as west central Minnesota early this morning, creating slick roads and hazardous travel conditions. By mid-morning, precipitation will have moved out of the area and temps will begin to climb. Very mild conditions will be felt today with highs in the 40s to around 50 degrees.
