Highs today will stay below zero across eastern portions of the forecast area as an arctic air mass settles in across the Dakotas. Extremely cold wind chills will be felt this morning as well, with readings from 25 below to 45 below zero. Wind chill advisories and warnings remain in effect through the morning hours. A round of light snow is expected late tonight through Monday morning across eastern portions of the forecast area, where up to an inch of snow is possible.
