• Jacob Milbrandt had 22 kick-offs for 882 yards for an average of 40.1 yards per kick-off. ReillyEll had 14 kick-offs for 591 yards for an average of 42.2 yards per kick-off.
• On kick-off returns, Dylan Krueger had 11 for 173 yards, average 15.7; and Knecht had five for 59 yards, 11.8 yards average.
• Reilly Ell had 31 punts for 941 yards for an average of 30.4 yards per punt. Wyatt Larson had four punts for 116 yards for an average of 29.0 yards per punt.
• Spencer Knecht had the edge in punt returns with two for 19 yards while Kasey Kurtz had one for 18 yards and Dylan Krueger had three for 17 yards.
• Parker Rossow had two interceptions and one touchdown return for a total of 78 yards on defense. Jeric Albrecht had one fumble recovery, one interception and one touchdown return for 42 yards. Stevie Fey had one fumble recovery for a touchdown return for 33 yards.
• Jackson Doeden led the tacklers with 76 followed by Kasey Kurtz with 71, Wyatt Larson and Spencer Knecht each had 41, Alec Oleson had 40, Jeric Albrecht 37, Logan Lane 27, Adam Herman 23, Mason Madsen 22 and Sheldon Herr with 15 for the top 10 leaders.
• Kasey Kurtz had 12 sacks for 72 yards, Alec Olson had three for 33, Reilly Ell had two for 16, Spencer Knecht two for 13, Jackson Doeden and Carter Jondahl each had 11 and Logan Lane had 10.
• In penalties, Logan Lane had 11 for 80 yards while Reilly Ell had four for 30 yards, Wyatt Larson had four for 20 yards and Jackson Doeden and Spencer Knecht each had three for 25 yards.
• The letterrwinners are seniors Kasey Kurtz, Mason Madsen, Reilly Ell, Jeric Albrecht, Alec Oleson, Parker Rossow, Dylan Krueger, Garrett Weidrick and Nathan Wright; juniors Spencer Knecht, Jackson Doeden, Alec Voss, Logan Lane, Sheldon Herr, Nick Dalchow, Wyatt Larson, Dylan Vogel, Austin Merkel, Matt Knecht, Jacob Milbrandt and Will Hansen; sophomores Adam Herman, Carter Jondahl, Stevie Fey, Isaiah Cutler and Chris Zarycki; and freshman Bennett Shabazz.
• In team stats, Groton had more first downs than the opponents, 120-105, fewer net yards rushing by just two yards, 1,328-1,326; fewer yards passing, 805-727; more punt yardage, 1,126-938; more kickoff yardage, 1,473-1,437; fewer yards penalized, 501-367; and fewer total offense per game, 237.0-228.1. Groton scored more points than the opponents, 181-166. Groton finishes the season with a 4-5 record.
