Snow for the Northern Tier with Rain for the Southeast

• Snow will fall across the northern tier of states from the Rockies to New England on Friday. Rain will develop for the Gulf Coast and Southeast, becoming heavy on Saturday with possible flooding. Air Stagnation Advisories continue for interior valleys in Washington and Oregon through the weekend.
