• Sunday, December 22 at 5:00 pm, the congregation of the Groton Christian and Missionary Alliance Church invite their congregational friends and neighbors to join them as they share a message of Hope in their All-church Christmas pageant entitled 'Be Not Afraid' created by Kim Messer.  A musical proclaiming the message of hope, 'Be Not Afraid' centers around a church's rehearsal for their annual Christmas musical, and the many faceted lives of the cast members brought together by the message, and yet coping with the very problems that the message addresses.  Through comedy and drama, beautiful traditional music and present day situations surrounding our lives, 'Be Not Afraid' will touch your heart and bless your soul with the fullness of God's blessings to us at Christmas, and the birth of His Son.  Jesus, His Son, God's gift to us at Christmas, is our Source of Hope.
• Under the direction of Carrie Olson, Deb Jacobs, and Jana Duncan, join the cast of actors and singers of all ages as they share their gift of love to the community this Christmas.
• Following the 5 pm performance, the congregation invites all attendees to join them in the downstairs social hall, where turkey and  ham, with all the trimmings will be served, and the celebration of our Savior's birth will continue around the tables of fellowship.  There is no charge, as this whole evening is meant to be shared by the congregation as a gift of love to our neighbors and friends.
