OSS Joins Avera Medical Group

• Orthopedic Surgery Specialists (OSS) of Aberdeen, will join the Avera Medical Group (AMG) on January 1, 2014. The longtime orthopedic specialist practice that serves a large region surrounding Aberdeen, will be changing its name to Avera Orthopedic Surgery Specialists.
•   The practice includes orthopedic surgeons, Dr. James MacDougall, Dr. Matthew Reynen, Dr. James Mantone, Dr. Patrick Miller, and Dr. Brandon Fites; physical medicine and rehab specialist, Dr. Donald Frisco; primary care sports medicine specialist, Dr. Danny Wolfgram; and podiatrist, Dr. James Johnston. The physicians will continue practicing at their current location at 701 8th Ave NW and ten locations in South and North Dakota.  Along with the physicians, the change to Avera will also include 115 employees of the Orthopedic Center of the Dakotas.
