The Suzy Oliver home is located at 307 East 4th Ave. The home was built in about 1894 by a local doctor on one of the first platted blocks of Groton. This 1-1/2 story home was built on a granite foundation and features original hardwood floors, light fixtures, and columns. The house has had a partial renovation

in the past twenty years, including a new basement and garage, the replacement of windows and siding, as well as two complete baths.  Some aspects of this home were purposefully left untouched in order to retain the style of the home's age.  The home's wrap-around porch has been a delightful asset to the comfort and entertainment to the family.

The rural home of Tom and Barb Paepke is located at 40306 141st Street, Groton.  The modest ranch style home was built in 1972 and remodeled in 2010. The home features an open concept of kitchen, dining and living room space. The main level contains a stained glass window from the original farm home and a hand selected stone fireplace. Antiques and Jon Crane prints are interspersed throughout the home. The basement contains the man cave!

Karla Pasteur lives at 1006 N Main St. It is a modern split level 5 bedroom home, with all bedrooms upstairs. One of those bedrooms has been converted into an office and another into a craft room. The lower level had new flooring put down in 2007.  Other decorative updates have also been done throughout the years. The kitchen is decorated with a wine décor. The lower level is a family room in brown, with turquoise and gold accents and an exercise room and a play room for the grandkids.
