Winter Weather Impacting Much of the Western and Central U.S.

• Winter weather is impacting much of the U.S. this week. Heavy snow is falling from the Rockies to the Northern Plains. Strong winds are ushering in colder temperatures in the west with Hard Freeze Warnings in effect for California. Temperatures on Wednesday are forecast to be 25-35 degrees below normal over many parts of the Western and North Central U.S. with lower, dangerous wind chills.
