Jenifer Fjelstad is an eighth grader and is the daughter of Clint and Tara Fjelstad, Groton.
• Jenifer's activities include dance, Destination Imagination, flute, oral interp and debate. Her accomplishments include first place at the 2013 Groton Snow Queen Contest, second place as a team in MathCounts and various first and second place dance awards for both team and small group.
• Jenifer likes to read, dance, play flute and paint. Algebra and band are her favorite subjects. She is undecided about her future except that she has ruled out the medical field. Erin Smith is her role model because "she is one of the best people, ever!"

Keri Pappas is a freshmen and is the daughter of Kelly and Valerie Pappas, Groton. Other family members include sisters Kasandra Pappas, Samantha Pappas, Shannon Pappas and Johnna Hepola; sister-in-law Kaboom Piete, brother Micky Pietz and brother-in-law Brandon Hepola.
• Keri's activities include band, oral interp, debate, Destination Imagination, Luther League, Emmanuel Lutheran Choir, teaching Sunday School and FCCLA. Her accomplishments include superiors in band, superior in oral interp, first runner-up at regionals for oral interp, honor roll, principal's honor roll, student of the monty, second place in state Ecybermission team and got an article accepted to be published in Devozine®.
• Keri's interests are music, hanging out with family and friends. Science and Spanish are her favorite subjects. She plans to attend Medical School and then hopes to work for the American Red Cross as disaster relief. Her role model is her oldest sister, Johnna Heopla.

Megan Unzen is a sophomore and is the daughter of Tiffany and Jake Unzen, Groton. She has a brother, Nathan, and two sisters, Haley and Erin.
• Megan's activities include volleyball, FCA, all-school play, church youth group and softball. Her accomplishments include being on the 4.0 honor roll and being chosen as student of the month for four straight years. She is interested in sports, reading and likes to hang out with family and friends. Math and art are her favorite subjects and she plans to graduate from high school and then attend college. Her major is undecided at this time. Her grandpa, Dale Kurth, is her role model.
