• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- A central South Dakota couple has been indicted on federal charges they didn't seek medical help for a young girl who died of injuries suffered in an auto accident.
• According to the indictment, 25-year-old Rochelle Breckbill and 30-year-old Henry Chase Alone, both of La Plant, are charged with involuntary manslaughter, child abuse and false statement.
• Breckbill also goes by the last name LeBeau.
• The indictment says that between Sept. 29 and Oct. 1 in Dewey County, they killed a child who was 7 years or younger.
• The document says they didn't secure the girl in a car seat or get her medical care after the crash but told authorities they had.
• Their attorneys could not be reached late Thursday for comment.
